Scholarship Application Requirements & Deadlines

SCHOLARSHIPS RE-OPEN IN FALL 2022

​Deadline:  Applications must be received by end of day Friday, January 14, 2022

• Failure to complete and return all forms and requirements can result in your application being rejected
• Junior winners from 2020/21 may apply as Seniors, and must complete all requirements for 2021/22
• Scholarships are open to female students majoring in Drama, Musical Theater, Music (vocal or instrumental), or Visual Arts
• Program major must be through accredited colleges and universities in the Greater Cincinnati area (75-mile radius of downtown Cincinnati)
• Applicants must be 18 years of age, and a US citizen​
• ALL INFORMATION IS IN THE APPLICATION PACKET

What's next?

• ​Applicants receive email written communications from 3Arts through all points of the 3Arts process: application received, chosen/not chosen as a semi-finalist, chosen/not chosen as a scholarship recipient. Scholarship monies' disbursements are made to college Bursars no later than March 31 annually, and monies communications to students are through their Bursar's Office.
• Three Arts Scholarship board members will review all submissions for completion, eligibility, content, and quality.
• Semi-finalists will be chosen by 3Arts Committees and advance to external judges mid-February.
• Winners will be selected by or before week of March 1 and notified.
• Scholarship monies will be disbursed no later than March 31.
